Open enterprise packFor a standard paid business subscription, the commercial agreement is the Corexa Terms of Service together with the plan, checkout, subscription selection or order form accepted by the customer. Corexa does not need a second overlapping public SaaS contract that repeats those same clauses. A signed enterprise agreement or schedule can supplement or override the standard terms where it expressly says so.
