Corexa MyRoutine

This MyRoutine notice supplements the main Corexa Privacy Policy. MyRoutine uses the same Corexa account and infrastructure, but personal routine data is user-scoped and is not automatically shared with Corexa technical businesses, SiteGrid organisations, MySpaces workspaces or other users.

MyRoutine stores routines, preferred times, flexible windows, reminders, completion history and settings you choose to add. If you add medication, treatment, symptoms or other health-related information, that can be sensitive information. Only add it when you want MyRoutine to use it for the selected planning or reminder feature.

Completion, rescheduling and preference history may be used to estimate useful routine times, identify conflicts and suggest schedule changes. These are planning suggestions rather than medical or safety decisions and may be wrong or unsuitable.

When supported by your device, MyRoutine can schedule local or push notifications. If you enable a calendar or feed integration, selected routine timing may be exposed to that calendar provider or to anyone who can access the feed URL, so feed links should be kept private and revoked if exposed.

If you choose an AI-assisted feature, the information submitted to that feature may be processed by an approved provider to generate the requested result. MyRoutine does not automatically send all routine or health data to AI providers; processing depends on the feature you choose.

You can update or remove routine information in MyRoutine. For a privacy request, sensitive-information concern or deletion request that cannot be completed in-product, contact Corexa through the Privacy Policy contact details.
