MySpaces stores the spaces, locations, item details, photos, receipts, warranty records, valuations and notes you choose to add. This information is used to provide your personal inventory and the features you ask MySpaces to perform.

MySpaces workspaces are private by default. Access is limited to you and people you explicitly invite. Temporary read-only share links can be created by an authorised workspace owner and expire according to the duration selected.

Private MySpaces media is stored using Corexa's secured storage services. Signed links may be generated for authorised viewing and exports. Private documents are not made public merely because an item is handed to another Corexa workflow.

The Free visual organiser can store the visual position of rooms, shelves, cabinets, boxes and other storage areas. If you photograph a room, shed, cupboard or other space for use as an organiser background, that photo remains private workspace media. MySpaces Plus can also store a private custom Visual Twin image for an individual shelf, box, cabinet or other storage object. Organiser background and custom-object photos are not included in temporary public shares or Marketplace listings unless a future feature asks you to share them explicitly.

If you choose an AI-assisted feature, the selected image may be sent to an AI service for one-off analysis so MySpaces can suggest item, receipt or warranty details. Suggestions are not saved until you review and apply them. You should check important dates, values and identifiers before relying on them.

People you invite can receive the level of access you select. Anyone who receives a temporary public link may be able to view the information included in that shared view until the link expires or is revoked, so links should only be sent to people you intend to share with.

If you choose to publish an item to MySpaces Marketplace, the listing title, description, asking price, category and other fields shown in the publish review become visible to other marketplace users. Saved item photos are copied to the public marketplace only when you explicitly approve photo publishing. MySpaces does not publish serial numbers, workspace notes, receipts, uploaded documents or private storage locations as part of the listing flow.

If you request an in-person MySpaces Mapping service, Corexa stores the contact details, service suburb/postcode or address, areas you want mapped, preferred timing and notes you provide so the request can be assessed, scheduled and delivered. A request is not a payment transaction. Signed-in requests may be linked to your MySpaces account so included Plus access can be activated when an eligible mapping package is completed.

MySpaces Plus payments are processed by Stripe. Corexa receives billing identifiers and subscription status needed to provide Plus access, but does not store full payment-card details.

You can update or remove personal inventory records through MySpaces. Some information may be retained where reasonably required for security, payment records, legal obligations or dispute handling. Contact Corexa support for privacy requests that cannot be completed in-product.
