The terms that apply specifically when you use Corexa MySpaces Free or MySpaces Plus.

This notice supplements Corexa's main Terms of Service, which also applies.

Using MySpaces

MySpaces is a personal inventory and organisation service. You are responsible for the information you add and for ensuring you have permission to upload, store or share content relating to other people or property.

Free and Plus plans

MySpaces Free provides one owned visual Space with the core personal-inventory and visual-organisation features shown in the product, including drag-and-drop items, household icons or an emoji fallback, shelves, cabinets, boxes and other storage areas, real storage-interior imagery and an optional private photo of the real space as the organiser background. Shared Spaces you are invited to do not count as your owned Free Space. MySpaces Plus adds multiple owned Spaces with Space tabs, Visual Twin custom photos for individual storage objects plus premium protection, moving, warranty, AI, reporting and Marketplace selling tools. Current pricing and inclusions are shown before checkout and may be updated for future billing periods with appropriate notice.

MySpaces Plus billing

Plus subscriptions renew at the selected billing interval until cancelled. You can manage or cancel an active MySpaces Plus subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

SEQ MySpaces Mapping service

Submitting a Mapping request is an enquiry, not a confirmed appointment or charge. Availability, service area, property scope, timing, travel requirements and any additional time are confirmed with you before the visit. You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the areas you ask us to map. Where a package includes MySpaces Plus, included access is activated after the service is marked completed and linked to the relevant MySpaces account, for the included period shown in the package. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that apply under Australian Consumer Law.

Insurance and claim packs

Insurance Ready Scores, evidence summaries and Claim Packs are organisation tools. They do not guarantee that an insurer will accept an item, value, document or claim. You are responsible for checking exported information and meeting your insurer's evidence and policy requirements.

AI suggestions

AI-assisted identification and document capture can be incomplete or incorrect. Suggested brands, dates, prices, warranty terms, serials and other details must be reviewed before saving or relying on them. MySpaces does not treat an AI suggestion as verified evidence.

Sharing

Workspace owners control invitations and temporary links. You are responsible for choosing appropriate recipients and removing access when it is no longer required. Do not use MySpaces to expose information you are not authorised to share.

Marketplace listings

MySpaces Plus may let a workspace owner publish an item to MySpaces Marketplace. You are responsible for having the right to sell the item and for checking the listing, condition, price and photos before publishing. The current MySpaces Marketplace supports discovery, seller contact and recorded offers; unless a checkout option is expressly shown for a listing, buyers and sellers arrange payment, pickup or delivery themselves and should use appropriate care when dealing with another person.

Availability and changes

Corexa may improve, replace or retire MySpaces features as the service develops. We aim to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights, are not affected.
