Zynco by Corexa

Zynco Terms

The product-specific terms that apply when you use Zynco Free, Premium or Team.

This notice supplements Corexa's main Terms of Service, which also applies.

Last updated 14 August 2026

Zynco-specific

Separate from the coffee-service workspace and its operational terms.

Workspace-aware

Explains personal and shared Zynco workspace responsibilities.

Plain-language

Written around how Zynco actually works and bills.

01

Free guest use

Zynco Free can be used without creating an account. Guest-mode data is stored locally in the browser and is not cloud-backed until you choose to create or sign into an account and import supported data. You are responsible for keeping a copy of important guest-mode information because clearing browser/site data, device loss or browser changes can remove locally stored data.

02

Using Zynco

These terms apply specifically to Zynco Free, Zynco Premium and Zynco Team. By creating, joining or using a Zynco workspace, including guest mode, you agree to use the service lawfully and to provide accurate account information. If you use Zynco for another organisation or team, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

03

Free, Premium and Team

Zynco Free provides the core features shown in the product. Premium and Team unlock additional features and limits. Current inclusions, workspace limits and prices are shown before purchase. Zynco may change future plan inclusions or pricing with appropriate notice, but changes do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

04

Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid Zynco subscriptions renew at the billing interval selected at checkout until cancelled. The workspace billing owner can manage or cancel an active paid subscription through the billing portal. When paid access ends, the workspace may return to the Free plan and paid-only functionality may become unavailable while retained data remains stored for reasonable continuity and reactivation.

05

Workspace owners and invitations

Workspace owners and administrators control invitations, roles and membership. They are responsible for inviting the right people, assigning appropriate roles and removing access when it is no longer required. A Zynco membership is separate from Corexa technician, SiteGrid, WAM and other product roles unless access is granted separately.

06

Your content

You keep ownership of the task, checklist, project, note, attachment and other content you submit. You give Corexa a limited licence to host, process, copy, display and transmit that content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support and improve Zynco. You must have permission to upload or share content involving other people or organisations.

07

AI-assisted and voice outputs

AI-assisted, voice-transcription, planning and suggestion features are support tools rather than guarantees. Outputs may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions and deciding whether they are suitable before using them for work, safety, financial, staffing or other important decisions.

08

Acceptable use

You must not use Zynco to break the law, infringe rights, impersonate people, harass others, distribute malicious material, bypass access controls, scrape protected data, interfere with the service or access a workspace without authorisation.

09

Availability and product changes

Corexa aims to keep Zynco reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Features may be improved, replaced or retired as the product develops. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, legal compliance or a material breach of these terms.

10

Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. To the extent permitted by law, Corexa is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by user-entered information, user decisions, unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to protect credentials, or third-party services outside Corexa's reasonable control.

11

Changes, governing law and contact

Corexa may update these Zynco terms as the product, law or business changes. Material updates will be published with a revised date and may also be communicated in-product. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, subject to rights that cannot be limited by agreement. Questions can be submitted through Corexa contact or in-product support.

These product-specific pages should be reviewed with your legal adviser before public launch, particularly if Zynco's data handling, AI providers, billing model or target markets change.
