A practical standard for useful troubleshooting, respectful discussion, privacy and safe coffee-equipment advice.

Corexa’s forum is public and free to use. Posts can be read by anyone, so remove customer names, addresses, serial numbers, invoices, contact details and identifying workplace information before publishing.

Keep it useful and specific

Describe the machine, symptoms, error code and checks already completed. Avoid duplicate or promotional posts.

Put safety before speed

Do not encourage live electrical work, safety-device bypasses, opening pressurised equipment or unsafe chemical handling.

Respect people and privacy

No harassment, impersonation, personal contact details, customer information, passwords, payment details or identifying workplace photos.

Use the Marketplace for transactions

Forum discussions can cover parts and sourcing, but payments, equipment sales and private deal-making belong in Corexa Marketplace.

Moderation is evidence-based

Reported or high-risk content may be held for review. Contributors can appeal moderation decisions from their browser-bound identity.

Community advice is not a substitute for a qualified technician or manufacturer procedure. Isolate power, water, heat and pressure before service work, and never bypass an interlock, relief device or electrical protection.
